This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Rizrif Sellconic Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and handling all cancellations and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.
1 Cancellation & Refund Schedule

2 How to Request a Cancellation
- Send a written cancellation request to Info@sellconic.com
- Include your full name, phone number, and service agreement reference number
- State the reason for cancellation
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours
- Cancellation is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from our team
3 Refund Process
- All refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds require your bank account details
- Refund processing times are from the date of cancellation confirmation
- Any bank transaction charges are borne by the customer
- Refunds are subject to verification of payment records
4 Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-ordered solar panels or equipment already procured
- Government subsidy application processing fees
- Third-party inspection or survey fees already incurred
- Permit and documentation charges already submitted
- Any work already completed at the site
Product Warranty Note
This Refund Policy is separate from product warranty claims. Solar panels and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties (typically 10–25 years). For warranty-related issues after installation, please contact us at Info@sellconic.com. Warranty claims are handled separately from cancellation refunds.
